This traditional Finnish blueberry pie, known as Mustikkapiirakka, features a tangy sour cream filling and juicy berries in a soft crust.

Mustikkapiirakka is a beloved Finnish summer pie that showcases wild blueberries (or bilberries) in a creamy, tangy filling. It’s a staple of kahvipöytä—the Finnish coffee table—and comes together easily with pantry basics. If you don’t have access to bilberries, fresh or frozen blueberries work beautifully.
